As the fair is literally at the top of our road, it was hard to avoid. However it turned out we actually had a fairly good time. It can apparently be quite an emotional time for a 4 year old though. Loud noises, rides which are too big for him, rides which are too fast for him, getting stuck on the haunted house because of loud noises, not winning a prize on the 2p machines.. oh and having to come home.
As a result of all of the above, he came home in tears! Can't wait for its return next year...
