Drone flying with Daddy

Adam was given a drone for free from a neighbour of Nana and Grandads and today was the first test drive. We went to the field at the bottom of Solomon's which certainly provided the space needed.

Noah's 6th birthday party

As we now have a garden we wanted to hire a bouncy castle for Noah. We didn't invite any others (it would have been far too crowded!) but Jasper and Joe from next door came round which was just the right amount of bodies. This kept them entertained for hours. Mum, Phil, Nana and Grandad also came round for a birthday buffet and cake. We will be giving him his presents on his actual birthday. This provided far too much excitement for one day!

Noah lost his first tooth!

Another milestone checked off, Noah lost his first tooth today! It happened at school and when I collected him he showed me his little brown envelope with his tooth in and a cute sticker saying 'I lost my tooth today'. We wrote a little letter for the tooth fairy and she must of liked it as she left £3! Perhaps that was just because it was his first tooth...

Jake's First & Second Day at School

It's official! They may as well have flown the nest the way I'm feeling now. The first two pics were day one, take a look at Jake's cheeky face come day two !! He's been a little super star, no tears and keen to get on with it, that's my boy, makes it so much easier for me :)

Let's go fly a kite

It's Jake's last day until school tomorrow so we went for a lovely walk up Solomon's. On our way we met this boy and his mum and they were flying a kite. They were both very keen to let Noah and Jake have a go, they both seem to be naturals! I'm trying not to think about tomorrow too much, I'm just going to spend all night watching Jake sleep.. (that was a joke, I totally didn't do that)
