Halloween House

As much as I would like to do a post about the boys dressed up in Halloween outfits - this didn't happen because they are too young to understand. So instead I took my creative flair elsewhere and decorated the house!

You know you're impressed. 

We even had some trick or treaters so it was good to know my efforts weren't completely wasted.

Autumn Walk

It looks beautiful outside at the moment with all the golden and brown leaves around. So what better way to appreciate it than going for a walk amongst it all.

Love these boys!

Although being honest they were more interested in walking along the fallen tree than they were admiring the leaves - I guess I'll just do that on my own then!

Leaf picture

When I was a little girl I can remember going round Gran's garden collecting leaves to then stick on some card to make a picture. I've been wanting to do this with Noah for the past two autumns but he's been too young to co-operate. However, this autumn he joined in!

Even Jake liked the idea of holding a leaf. Noah had a very important job of making sure Jake always had a leaf and when he had dropped it, Noah would pick up another one for him.

When we got home Jake had a nap and Noah and I got out the paints and painted the leaves to do some printing and then stuck them to some paper. I was so happy I was finally able to recreate my memories. Thanks Noah! xxx

Weekend Fair

It was a lovely sunny autumn morning so we headed down to the gardens and much to our surprise there was a little fair there. Noah had a go on the merry go round and we bought sausage baps for brunch which the boys really enjoyed!
