Exploring Bosley Cloud

I have been working through my book about kid friendly walks and have discovered such beautiful places! This was another prime example. I would love for the boys' to continue enjoying the outdoors as they get older.

Bakewell fun

It was a tad too chilly for water fun - well it wasn't but when the sun went in it was cold! So we got dressed and played on the park then explored Bakewell finishing off with a milkshake. Lots of fun and giggles as always with Jake.

Milkshake Monday

This is our favourite place for milkshakes as we sit at the bar and watch the road traffic. Perfect spot with perfect company <3

Paddling pool day 2

We started the day going for a walk in Matlock but when we got back went to Nana and Grandads for round 2 of the paddling pool. This time we had bunch-o-balloons whic was awesome, until Noah decided he didn't want them to be thrown at him anymore! They then all started aiming at Grandad!Afterwards they played beautifully together on the tractor. I love days like these.

Paddling pool afternoon!

Even though the top ring wouldn't inflate this paddling pool provided hours of entertainment! And even better Grandad was around to keep the water topped up!

Sunny Saturday

We were melting by the end of this walk! We walked for miles over the tops and through the heather, we'll have to come back when all the heather is purple. The boys' love to explore places like this.

Micro Machines

These were Adam's Micro Machines from many moons ago and Jake plays with them so well. He loves intricate and small toys. I love watching him play.

The Pavilion Gardens

Coming down here never gets old. You have the park, well two parks, the duck pond, the tropical conservatory with the fish and the river and bridges. It's the perfect way to fill in an afternoon.
