First day of nursery for Jake

Today we started the next chapter of work and nursery. Quite a big day really with a lot of change for us all. It also wasn't such a great day. Nursery had called me around 11:30 saying Jake had a temperature, so I advised to give him some calpol. They called again in the afternoon telling me he was quite unsettled and sleepy and still had a temp, so I said to give him more medicine which is all I would have done if I were at home with him. I was in bit of an awkward situation really, as much as I wanted to go and get him, it was my first day back. When we did go and collect him after work, he wasn't looking as bad as I was expecting (or as they had made out), he didn't look well but wasn't too mopey. Either way, lets hope tomorrow is a better experience!
